Jacob Vegter, the son of William & Shelia Vegter, is Jeremy Vegter’s cousin. In the summer of 2006 the Vegter clan held their annual reunion on the campus of Maranatha Baptist Bible College, and it was then, during the Vegter’s traditional talent night show, that Jeremy heard Jacob sing for the first time. Jeremy decided then that he would have to make a recording with Jacob before he reached adolescence and lost the lovely boy soprano voice with which the Lord had gifted him. :-)
